Add a New Therapy Activity in a Daily Note - Therapists

Therapy activities allow occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists to manage and document in-session patient therapy in the system. Activities can also be linked to daily notes and reported in progress notes, re-assessments, and discharge summaries.

Therapists can new therapy activities in the Objective section of a Daily Note.

Add a New Therapy Activity in a Daily Note

1. Click the Docs tab.
2. Click Daily Notes in the menu on the left.
3. Click the Daily Note.
   
    
4. Click the Objective tab or scroll to the Objective section.
5. Click Edit Activities.
   
    
6. Click the Can't Find it? Add it button.
   
    
7. Enter the activity Name.
8. Select the Services checkboxes to indicate which services the activity is available for.
9. Select Yes in the Active dropdown to indicate that the activity is available for use in daily notes.
10. Click the Save Activity button.
