After you have submitted a Support Request in the Ensora Health Support Portal, you can follow the steps below to access your existing Support Cases.
Check Existing Support Cases
- Log in to the Ensora Health Support Portal with your Username and Password.
- Click View My Cases at the top of the screen.

- Click on a Case Number or Subject to open that Support Case.

NOTE: Hover over the Subject to see the Case Description and Latest Update.

- Click the Details tab to see Case Name, Status, Case Number, and other Details.

- Click the Feed tab to view case comments and updates, or to add a new comment.

- To add a new Case Comment, use the Feed tab and click Create new... and Add.

- You can also click the tabs on the right to view additional items linked to the Case.
- Click Case Comments to see a quick list of top-level case comments between you and support.
- Click Emails to view emails that have been linked to the Case.
- Click Articles to view Knowledge Base articles that have been linked to the Case.
- Click Files to view files that have been attached to the Case or Upload Files.
