Check Existing Support Cases & Add Comments

After you have submitted a Support Request in the Ensora Health Support Portal, you can follow the steps below to access your existing Support Cases.

 

Check Existing Support Cases

  1. Log in to the Ensora Health Support Portal with your Username and Password.
  2. Click View My Cases at the top of the screen.

     

  3. Click on a Case Number or Subject to open that Support Case.
     

    NOTE: Hover over the Subject to see the Case Description and Latest Update.

     

     

  4. Click the Details tab to see Case Name, Status, Case Number, and other Details.

     
  5. Click the Feed tab to view case comments and updates, or to add a new comment.

     

  6. To add a new Case Comment, use the Feed tab and click Create new... and Add.
  7. You can also click the tabs on the right to view additional items linked to the Case.
    • Click Case Comments to see a quick list of top-level case comments between you and support.
    • Click Emails to view emails that have been linked to the Case.
    • Click Articles to view Knowledge Base articles that have been linked to the Case.
    • Click Files to view files that have been attached to the Case or Upload Files.
