Handle an Appointment Request from a Client

Clients can Request an Appointment for an available time, but the appointment is not scheduled until you approve it. You will Receive an Email Notification to inform you of an appointment request on thera-LINK. Appointment Requests also display on your Dashboard.

  1. From the Dashboard, click View to review appointment details.

  2. From the Appointment Details window, you can Approve (Save) or Decline that Appointment Request. The Appointment is not scheduled until click Save.

  3. As soon as it's approved it will display on the Calendar for you and your Client and as an upcoming appointment on your Dashboard.
