Import an Assessment from Previous Export

Users can import an Assessment from a previous Export. In order to do this, you must create a New Assessment that matches exactly (same Assessment, exported by same Staff, for same Client, from same computer).

Jump To Section: 

Access Client Assessments

1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
2. Click on desired Client.
3. Select Assessments from the Notes/Information section in the left menu.

Create New Assessment

1. Click Select Category and select appropriate Assessment Category.
2. Click Select Assessment and select appropriate Assessment. New Assessment will open.
   
   

Import Assessment

1. Expand Pre-Fill From File section at the top of Assessment.
2. Click Choose File and select the previously exported file from your computer.
   
   
    
3. Click Open.
4. Previously saved information will populate to each field.
5. Complete the Assessment.
